The delegation commended Ras Al Khaimah\u2019s commitment to preserving its rich heritage while fostering a modern, knowledge-based economy that welcomes international talent and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>HH Sheikh Saud noted that Ras Al Khaimah is eager to build strong, transparent and mutually beneficial relationships with global partners, remarking that strengthening ties with Europe and other international partners is not merely a strategic choice but a vital pillar of the Emirate\u2019s vision.
