Numbering 12 patrols in total, each comprises two smart bicycles equipped with technology that enables them to connect directly to RAK Police Operations Room.<\/p>\n<p>Environmentally-friendly with a low ecological impact, the bicycles generate electricity that powers their various smart equipment, enabling the police officers to deliver their vital mission in protecting the public. The patrols are currently playing a major role in reinforcing movement restriction awareness during the ongoing National Sterilization Program taking place across the emirate.<\/p>\n<p>The launch the of the bicycle patrols reflects the strategic vision of the Ministry of Interior Affairs and RAK Police in applying best police practices.
