He also instructed that managers should be at the forefront of the centers to best observe the needs of citizens visiting them, which, he said would improve their performance and enable them to better meet customer needs.<\/p>\n<p>His Excellency stressed that the work of the Customer Happiness Centers will be carried out in accordance with the plans and strategic visions that contribute to raising their level of performance.
