The plan calls for developing human capital data management and governance procedures, using advanced technologies to administer, analyse, and integrate data. The objective is to develop HR services that improve productivity and ensure optimal investment in human capital.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Human Capital Data Strategy will help provide complete data on the rates of Emiratisation at various organisations, current and future jobs across RAK Government entities, and the qualifications set to be vital in the years ahead, facilitating the development of training programmes in the future,\u201d Dr Khalifa added. \u201cThe RAK Department of Human Resources is working to fully digitise its services by 2021, registering in 127 indicators related to human capital as of the end of 2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The objectives of the new Strategy include developing human capital data management and governance procedures by implementing various initiatives, such as classifying workforce data, setting policies for providing data to local and federal authorities, and updating the HR indexes guide.
