Instead, we took the time to study the situation from our clients\u2019 perspective \u2013 what challenges each sector is facing and how we can lessen their burdens. With the allocation of this AED 50 million support fund, we make it possible to customize bundles of benefits based on each clients\u2019 need to boost their business stability. Our aim is to make sure that when this situation ends, we come out stronger together and ready to bounce back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Under the allocated fund, the economic zone has introduced Client Support Boosters for the SME and the industrial sectors, offering various incentives and\u00a0the agility to customise solutions based on its clients\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n<p>SME Client Support Boosters for RAKEZ\u2019s co-working and office clients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15% discount on total renewal package<\/li>\n<li>25% discount on new dependent visas<\/li>\n<li>100% waiver of late renewal penalties<\/li>\n<li>100% waiver of cheque postponement fees<\/li>\n<li>100% waiver of package downgrade fees<\/li>\n<li>100% waiver of activity change fees<\/li>\n<li>100% waiver of security deposit for new visa requests<\/li>\n<li>Flexible installment options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Industrial Client Support Boosters for RAKEZ\u2019s industrial clients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50% discount on licence fee<\/li>\n<li>100% waiver of cheque postponement fees<\/li>\n<li>100% waiver of late renewal penalties<\/li>\n<li>100% waiver of all RAKEZ gate access fees<\/li>\n<li>100% waiver of security deposit for new visa requests<\/li>\n<li>25% discount on new labor accommodation requests<\/li>\n<li>25% discount on new dependent visas<\/li>\n<li>Flexible installment options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commenting on the customization benefits that RAKEZ offers to its clients, HH Sheikh Ahmed, said: \u201cWe have always been believers of customisation because we understand that businesses have different needs.
