Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority<\/a>\u00a0(RAKTDA), said the tourism and travel sector has an effective role in advancing the sustainable socio-economic development in the emirate and the UAE and introducing \u2018\u2019our rich culture and achievements” to the world.<\/p>\n\u2018\u2019Increasing the contribution of the tourism sector to local economy is on top of our government’s priorities and strategic plans. \u2018\u2019Hosting this high-profile summit in Ras Al Khaimah for the first time in the Middle East region underscores our visions and aspirations to deliver that out strategic objectives,” he affirmed.<\/p>\n
The three-day event brings together international thought leaders, industry shapers and senior decision-makers who are invested in driving tourism to, from and within the Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n
The event, comprised of conference presentations, leadership task force sessions, workshops, PATA board meetings and a travel mart component, will be hosted in various locations across the emirate.<\/p>\n
