Sheikh Saud\u2019s assertion came as he hosted at his majlis <\/span><span class=\"s15\">110<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> graduates from 2020 to 2023 from the <\/span><span class=\"s15\">Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research\u2019s S<\/span><span class=\"s15\">cholarship<\/span><span class=\"s15\">s<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> program<\/span><span class=\"s15\">. The guests included<\/span> <span class=\"s15\">bachelor\u2019s, master\u2019s and doctoral <\/span><span class=\"s15\">graduates of UAE and overseas<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> universities<\/span><span class=\"s15\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s13\"><span class=\"s15\">H.H. Sheikh Saud <\/span><span class=\"s15\">added that Ras Al Khaimah is moving forward <\/span><span class=\"s15\">with <\/span><span class=\"s15\">great conviction<\/span> <span class=\"s15\">and <\/span><span class=\"s15\">preparing young, qualified Emiratis to help build the country\u2019s promising future<\/span><span class=\"s15\">. <\/span><span class=\"s15\">T<\/span><span class=\"s15\">hrough an integrated strategic vision<\/span><span class=\"s15\">, he said,<\/span> <span class=\"s15\">w<\/span><span class=\"s15\">e are <\/span><span class=\"s15\">empowering people with <\/span><span class=\"s15\">knowledge to develop and diversify the local and national <\/span><span class=\"s15\">economy and keep in step<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> with <\/span><span class=\"s15\">global <\/span><span class=\"s15\">developments<\/span><span class=\"s15\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s13\"><span class=\"s15\">H.H. Sheikh Saud <\/span><span class=\"s15\">explained that the progress of nations <\/span><span class=\"s15\">depends on the ability of young people to acquire and retain knowledge that will benefit the <\/span><span class=\"s15\">growth <\/span><span class=\"s15\">of <\/span><span class=\"s15\">various sectors<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> and will <\/span><span class=\"s15\">enhanc<\/span><span class=\"s15\">e<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> the UAE\u2019s position <\/span><span class=\"s15\">in <\/span><span class=\"s15\">global competitiveness <\/span><span class=\"s15\">indexes<\/span><span class=\"s15\">. He added<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> that he is keen to attract and <\/span><span class=\"s15\">support <\/span><span class=\"s15\">talent<\/span> <span class=\"s15\">to foster<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> innovation<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> and <\/span><span class=\"s15\">creativity <\/span><span class=\"s15\">to forge <\/span><span class=\"s15\">solutions to <\/span><span class=\"s15\">tackle <\/span><span class=\"s15\">the <\/span><span class=\"s15\">most pressing<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> challenges<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> of humanity<\/span><span class=\"s15\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s13\"><span class=\"s15\">The Ruler <\/span><span class=\"s15\">wished the graduates success in leading the <\/span><span class=\"s15\">nation\u2019s <\/span><span class=\"s15\">comprehensive development<\/span><span class=\"s15\">, armed with knowledge, ability and a love of their homeland. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s13\"><span class=\"s15\">The graduates <\/span><span class=\"s15\">expressed their thanks and appreciation to<\/span><span class=\"s15\"> H.H.
