His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has honoured Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) with “Best RAK Government Entity in Offering Services” award at the 13th Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence Awards for the high-quality services it offers to global businesses. Sheikh Mohammed bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Managing Director of RAKEZ, received the award on behalf of the economic zone during the ceremony held at the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development Theatre in Ras Al Khaimah.
Five RAKEZ employees also swept accolades in various individual-level categories. Aysha Sulaiman, Group HR Director, won the first prize for “Best Manager in RAK Government Entities” while Faisal Al Tameemi, Customer Service Coordinator, received first prize for “Best Customer Service Representative in RAK Government Entities”. Winning the “Distinguished Employee” award were Aysha Sulaiman; Maryam Almesafri, One-Stop Shop Director; Fatema Al Hassani, Leasing Coordinator; and Mohammadu Haroon, Senior Accountant.

Jallad added that the awards RAKEZ and its employees received “serve as an inspiration for everyone at RAKEZ to continue cultivating a culture of excellence”. “We’re a hundred times more motivated to deliver the best for our clients and hopefully, more award-giving bodies will take note of our passion in everything that we do,” he concluded.
