Ras Al Khaimah Municipality launched on March 22 four WhatsApp services so customers can submit documents remotely provided they are registered with SmartPass (register via selfcare.uaepass.ae).

The mobile numbers are: 1 Land and Property Sector 0565220701. 2 Department of Planning 0549978337. 3 Building Management 0565381742. 4 Department of Public Health 0562181656.

The initiative comes in line with efforts to safeguard public health.
