Marjan, Ras Al Khaimah’s leading master developer, has launched the Marjan Digital Universe (MDU), providing an all-new way to virtually interact and engage with the emirate’s evolving landscape while discovering Marjan’s masterplans and developments.

Now available online for visitors to the Marjan website, MDU’s digital depiction of Ras Al Khaimah’s future goes beyond traditional mapping platforms by allowing users to discover Marjan’s masterplans and visualise how projects connect to one another to contribute to the emirate’s overall development.

Developed by Marjan Design Lab, MDU employs digital technology, design and spatial visualisation to enhance the way large-scale destinations are planned and communicated as well as making more accessible information about Marjan’s developments and future plans.

The innovative digital platform offers investors and partners looking to acquire properties within Marjan’s masterplanned communities a new visual tool to support their investment decision-making process. The Marjan Digital Universe allows them to explore the surrounding environment and see the broader development vision and relationship between different projects.
