Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police Directs Managers of Service Centers to be at the Forefront of Their Offices to Better Serve Customers

Major-General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, has made a surprise inspection tour of the Traffic and Licensing Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaimah.

Accompanied by a team from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, the inspection was conducted to review the progress of procedures, identify the requirements related to development and modernization, and to find out in person about the needs of employees and customers at the center.

His Excellency directed the follow-up and measurement of the performance of all RAK Police service centers at the level of the General Command. He also instructed that managers should be at the forefront of the centers to best observe the needs of citizens visiting them, which, he said would improve their performance and enable them to better meet customer needs.

His Excellency stressed that the work of the Customer Happiness Centers will be carried out in accordance with the plans and strategic visions that contribute to raising their level of performance. He reiterated that there would be periodic assessments and evaluations of the centers to develop and upgrade services in order to achieve greater levels of excellence and improve client satisfaction.
