Major General Ali Abdullah Bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Police, visited the Legal Affairs Department of RAK Police, accompanied by several police and security officials, to inspect operations, services, initiatives, and legal research and development.
The Department’s staff showcased their strategic initiatives and performance indicators, discussing major challenges and proposing solutions and plans to address them.
During his visit, Maj Gen Al Nuaimi adopted the Legal Attribution initiative, which provides legal support for RAK Police units and departments, developing their internal legal procedures. H.E. explored the electronic legal encyclopaedia, which seeks to create a digital ecosystem with answers to all legal queries related to police work. Furthermore, the Maj. Gen. was introduced to the initiative launched to improve penal procedures for judicial officers.
Maj. Gen. Al Nuaimi concluded his tour with a call for developing the electronic trial program and activating remote trials for minor offenses.
