Ras Al Khaimah Police has launched a cutting-edge Smart Response System that aims to raise its readiness and responsiveness during emergency situations. The system forms part of the Ministry of Interior’s efforts to improve the quality of staff performance and police services and to enhance security in the community.
On the launch of the system, Major-General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, General Commander of RAK Police, welcomed a delegation from the Ministry of Interior, along with a number of department heads and officers from RAK Police. They discussed the system and demonstrated it by sending a test communication to RAK Police Operations Management, with the results revealing a significant improvement in response time.
Al Nuaimi stressed the importance of continuous training of Operations Management officers on how to use the Smart Response System, which he said will lead to better performance in police departments and further RAK Police’s ability to deliver the best services to society.
