Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) cements its position as a customer-focused business hub, sweeping three awards at the prestigious Gulf Customer Experience (CX) Awards 2020 held in Dubai’s Conrad Hotel. RAKEZ brought home gold award in the category of ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything’, silver award for ‘CX Team of the Year’, as well as named as the ‘Overall Winner’, recognising the economic zone as the best customer experience provider in the Gulf.
