Ras Al Khaimah’s Department of Economic Development revealed that it has resolved 83% of all complaints submitted to the department in the first half of 2019. The high percentage reflects the competence and high service standards that the department adheres to, where the RAK Department of Economic Development sought to diversify communication channels and prioritize customer happiness.
The procedures the department has undertaken include inspection visits, direct communication with consumers and shop owners to examine details of complaints and successfully address them by enlisting a team of experts who specialize in such cases.
